For Kinetic watch after installing capacitor, swing the watch from side to side approximately 250 times at the rate of twice per second. This will start the watch and the second hand will move at one-second intervals. Swinging the watch 200 times further will reserve approximately one additional day of power.
After installing Capacitor in a solar watch, expose the dial to direct light to charge it. Depending on the model, charging time for a watch to go from stopped to normal operation may vary.
